Phoenix Exchange is a single-family owned and operated community thrift store in Pleasant Grove, Utah. We are proudly independent — not affiliated with any corporation, religious organization, or government institution.
We started Phoenix Exchange because we saw a need in our community for an affordable, transparent place to find what you need without breaking the bank. We believe that access to clothing, household goods, and everyday essentials shouldn't be a luxury.
Our Mission
To put people over profit. We keep prices reasonable, offer necessary items for free whenever possible, and ensure that children's clothing is always free — no questions asked. Every dollar that comes through our doors goes back into keeping the store running and serving the community.
Where Your Dollar Goes
We operate on a simple principle: cover expenses, not profits. The money we bring in pays for rent, utilities, and the costs of running the store — nothing more.
When we have a surplus, it goes right back into the community. That might mean stocking more free items, improving the store, or supporting local families in need. We believe in full transparency with how every dollar is used.
