We keep prices fair so everyone in the community can access what they need.
Necessary items are offered for free whenever we can make it work.
Children's clothing is always free. Every child deserves to be clothed.
Every dollar goes back into the store and community. We cover expenses, not profits.
We're not just a thrift store — we're a community exchange. Our goal is to distribute resources where they're needed most. Whether you're shopping, trading, or donating, you're helping build a stronger community.
No child should go without. Children's clothing is always free at Phoenix Exchange — no questions asked, no forms to fill out. Just come in and take what your family needs.
Borrow tools, power equipment, camping gear, cooking items, and more from our community library. Why buy something you'll only use once?
As we make are way through a world of uncertainty it's important for us to remember that there is currently more than enough for everyone. Over consumption of fast fashion and flimsy plastic-based textiles hurts the most vulnerable parts of humanity the most.
If there is currently enough of a resource for everyone but people are still going without, then we have a distribution problem, not a supply and demand problem. Many textile companies today prefer to dump what they cannot sell into our landfills and oceans over giving them to people who could and benefit from them.
